Bourbon & Bones Opens Third Location at 83 Marketplace in Peoria

Bourbon & Bones Chophouse | Bar proudly announces the grand opening of its third location at 83 Marketplace in Peoria, located at 24985 N 83rd Ave, at the southeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road. Nestled beside the breathtaking Sunrise Mountain Preserve, the nearly 7,000-square-foot restaurant—plus an additional 1,000-square-foot patio—delivers sweeping views, sophisticated design, and a modern twist on the classic chophouse. This new outpost continues the brand’s legacy of upscale-yet-welcoming dining, seven years after the flagship debuted in Old Town Scottsdale.

The new Peoria location is the latest concept from Square One Concepts, led by Founder & CEO S. Barrett Rinzler. “The area’s natural beauty inspired this location’s design and layout,” said Rinzler. “We’re thrilled to bring our signature Bourbon & Bones experience to the Northwest Valley.” Interiors feature sleek contemporary lines with midnight blue and gold accents, a dramatic backlit steer skull wall, and a granite bar framed by industrial pendant lighting—creating the vibrant, elegant vibe guests have come to love. A discreet private dining room and flexible event space are also included, perfect for business meetings and the restaurant’s signature Casks & Cuts paired dining events.

Executive Chef Mutaz “Taz” Fakhouri brings an elevated menu of hand-selected Prime Elite steaks—representing the top one percent of U.S. beef—alongside fresh seafood and premium wagyu offerings. The beverage program, led by renowned sommelier Christopher Marshburn, includes over 700 bourbons, whiskeys, and scotches—one of the largest selections in the region—as well as a curated wine list and rare pours by the glass through Coravin technology.
