Bourbon & Bones Chophouse | Bar, the acclaimed boutique steakhouse from Scottsdale’s Square One Concepts, is proud to announce the opening of its second location at San Tan Village in Gilbert, AZ. Set to open mid-January at 2150 E. Williams Field Rd., the highly anticipated expansion brings the restaurant’s signature blend of upscale, yet approachable fine dining to the East Valley.
This new 6,750 sq. ft. location, larger than the original Scottsdale flagship, features an elegant white and gray interior, two main dining rooms, and a private event space for up to 50 guests. Guests will enjoy Bourbon & Bones’ award-winning menu of premium dry- and wet-aged steaks, expanded Wagyu selections, and fresh seafood options like Seared Ahi Tuna and Chilean Sea Bass. Signature sides include Truffled Lobster Mac ‘n Cheese and Sautéed Wild Mushrooms, while desserts like Bourbon Butter Cake top off the experience.
The new Gilbert bar boasts Arizona’s largest selection of bourbon and whiskey with nearly 600 varieties, plus a sommelier-curated 1,500-bottle wine collection. Highlights include Coravin wine service and tableside classic cocktails delivered from a custom drink cart. The beloved Happy Hour returns with dishes like Hot Rock Wagyu, Prime Rib Sliders, and the Bourbon & Bones Burger.A
