Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers Announces Second Tucson Location at Park Place Mall

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers has announced plans for its second Tucson-area restaurant and 20th overall location, coming to Park Place Mall in 2026. The new venue will feature the brand’s largest indoor/outdoor bar and a spacious wraparound patio with over 300 seats. Building on the success of its Oro Valley location, the restaurant aims to serve the east side of Tucson with its signature burgers, beers, and sports-friendly atmosphere. The location will span 6,000 square feet indoors with an additional 2,600-square-foot patio and include a large dining area and gaming space.
